How Runner began – a mission in challenging times
Runner’s story began during the coronavirus pandemic.
The financial pressures on owners and tenants, the shortage of tradespeople and tenants’ need for a home that works presented us with major challenges. Property managers were overwhelmed with calls and damage reports, and we had to act quickly to relieve and support them.
To give tenants a home that works, we worked efficiently and in a well-connected way, awarded jobs and organised everything that was needed. We often had to assess problems on site and make decisions immediately on how best to plan and carry them out.
The name “Runner” reflects our ability to always find a solution to every problem. Our logo shows a person running with a plan, symbolising our readiness to meet challenges successfully.
This story shows our team spirit and our commitment to the satisfaction of everyone involved. We are proud of our contribution and look forward to continuing our mission.
