My name is Sadschad Rezaei
The company’s name grew out of my own actions and experiences. I started from the bottom myself and was able to gather many valuable insights in the property industry. Time and again I came across situations in which individuals or institutions disclaimed their responsibility and no longer felt in charge.
Just like in the story of my brothers, we decided to take responsibility ourselves, gain experience and develop solutions.
You may be wondering: why “Runner”? Because we are perfectionists, we think along with you and act with foresight.

With several years of experience and various certificates in building expert management, property administration, property valuation and property brokerage, I bring sound expertise and extensive practical experience.
